Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings. Go to Settings → Subscriptions → HexMath (listed as MathBuddy until our app update) → Cancel. No hidden pages, no tricks.
I was charged but don't have Pro features.
Try restoring purchases in the app (Profile → Restore Purchases). If that doesn't work, contact us with your Apple/Google receipt.
The app gave a wrong answer.
Mistakes can happen, especially with complex or ambiguous notation. Please let us know which problem failed and we'll investigate.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play support. We don't process payments directly.
What math subjects are supported?
Algebra, precalculus, calculus (derivatives, integrals, series), linear algebra, differential equations, and discrete math.
Does HexMath store my photos?
Photos are processed in real time to extract the math problem. We do not store your original photos. Extracted problem text may be cached to improve response times.
