How does billing work?
Pro is $3.99 per month, billed monthly. There is no yearly plan and no long-term contract — you pay for one month at a time.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial gimmick. Use HexMath free first — one math question with no account, or three math questions a day (new problems and follow-ups alike) with a free account — and subscribe only once you know it works for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one step from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
What does “unlimited” mean?
Unlimited covers normal day-to-day studying. We apply only light fair-use limits to stop automated or bulk abuse, which a real student will never reach.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Fulfillment Policy. If something went wrong, email [email protected].
Will HexMath show me ads?
No. There are no ads on the free or Pro tier. The subscription is what keeps the product running.
